Saturday Sparks Link Party 106

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 106!

Blog land seems to be filled with all things Spring related these days and I am loving every ounce of it.  After this long and snow filled winter, I find myself longing for bright sun filled days and the first blooms of Spring. Seeing that others are in the midst of the Season tells me that our turn is coming.

"It's spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you've got it, you want - oh, you don't quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!"
 ~ Mark Twain

Now, lets get this weeks party started!

First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 105.

Custom Craft Space at Love Create Celebrate. Lindi dreamed of her own craft space and her husband helped her to realize that dream by building custom shelving and transforming a blank wall into this wonderful and bright crafting area.

Spring Wreath at Vintage, Paint and More... - Cathy is sharing a tutorial for this sweet 'Spring Wreath'. I love how the colors pop against her black door.

Sneak Peak & How To Hang Drapes Professionally at A Stroll Thru Life. Marty is giving us a glimpse of her updated living/dining area and in this post shows us her lovely drapes and how she trained them to hang perfectly.

7 Fun Spring Ideas at Elizabeth Joan Designs. Erin is sharing '7 Fun Spring Ideas' that will help you  say goodbye to Winter and welcome Spring.

Paper Flower Backdrop:  Dahlia at Ash and Crafts. Ash is sharing a video and written instructions explaining how to create a pretty paper Dahlia as part of her series on creating a 'Paper Flower Backdrop'.

Playing In The Snow Tablescape at Rowhouseblog. Ramon's original tablescape plan took a new direction with a bit of help from Old Man Winter.

Speckled Easter Eggs at The Pin Junkie. Bonnie explains how she created these oh-so-cute 'Speckled Easter Eggs' that she made for an Easter themed challenge she participated in.

Healthy French Toast at Simply Fresh Dinners. Robyn is sharing a lighter and healthier recipe for 'French Toast' that I must try.

Cold Weather Comfort Food - Potato & Turkey Soup at Just A Little Creativity.  Molly explains why a missed grocery trip forced her to think outside the box and the end result was this delicious  'Potato & Turkey Soup' recipe.

Red Velvet Cookie Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting at To Simply Inspire. Sherri describes these tempting bars as 'scrumptious' and I think she might be on to something.

Pistachio Kiss Pudding Cookies at Yesterfood. Joy is testing our willpower with these little confectionary delights combining pistachio and chocolate.

Guinness Bread at Upstate Ramblings. Anne is sharing a quick bread recipe that she says is packed with flavor and perfect for St. Patricks Day.

  17. Suzanne, thank you for including my pistachio kiss pudding cookies in your features this week! I had so much fun making them. The Mark Twain quote you included is one of my favorites- that physical ache we have this time of year for sun and green and growth. Thank you for hosting Saturday Sparks!
