Saturday Sparks Link Party 332

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 332!

Starting off todays party with a buddha bowl.

They say you should 'eat the rainbow' and I fully embrace that idea.

I filled this bowl with a mix of lentils, air fried yukon gold potatoes, oil-free sautéed veggies, garden salad and a drizzle of thinned vegan siracha mayo.

Simple, healthy and delicious - perfection in a bowl.

"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail."

~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Now, let's get this party started.
