Saturday Sparks Link Party 307

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 307!

Starting off todays party with some observations of my plant based life.

Avocado seems to show up in a lot of my meals.

Oatmeal is a staple for me - whether savory or sweet.

Pizza and Hot Chocolate have always been favorites of mine and still are.

Fruits, vegetable and/or whole grains are the main ingredients of every meal.

When I changed over to a vegan diet, I accepted that it would mean some deprivation.

Instead, the opposite occurred and I find that I eat a much more diverse diet.

"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."

~ Jim Rohn

Now, let's get this party started.

  1. Hi Suzanne. Not sure if it's just me but thought I'd let you know I only get an outline of a blue frog that says loading. No link to link in and no thumbnails of others.
