Welcome to Saturday Sparks 323!

Starting off todays party with a tempting dessert.

I have a thing for fresh cherries and just can't seem to resist them.

I bought some on a recent market trip and decided to make a lovely crisp.

I found a recipe for 'Vegan Cherry Crisp' at Thyme & Love.

I used cherries, blueberries and strawberries for mine and added a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream.

If I had to use one word to describe this, it would be delightful!

Saturday Sparks Link Party 323

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 323!

Starting off todays party with a quick and healthy breakfast.

When you have a perfectly ripe avocado, you make avocado toast.

For this version, I toasted 2 slices of multi-grain bread and spread them with avocado. I then added thinly sliced radishes, a sprinkle of nutritional yeast, and some freshly ground black pepper.

It's always fun to come up with a different take of this popular meal.
