Saturday Sparks Link Party 348

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 348!

Starting off todays party with a simple meal.

Air Fried Crispy Tofu Dinner at Pieced Pastimes

This particular day was raw and cold - a late fall feel to the air.

This crispy tofu dinner was just what the doctor ordered.

For the tofu, I marinated some extra firm pressed tofu with soy sauce, garlic, ginger and maple syrup. I then cooked it in the air fryer for 7 minutes, turned each piece and cooked for another 7 minutes. Wild rice and steamed broccoli rounded out the meal.

"Simple pleasures are the last healthy refuge in a complex world."

~ Oscar Wilde
