Saturday Sparks Link Party 412

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 412!

Starting off today's party with a cherished morning routine!

Zucchini Oatmeal aka Oats at Pieced Pastimes

I find that beginning my day with sound choices sets the mood for a successful day.

My perfect prescription is:

quiet gratitude - there is always something and so much to be thankful for

physical movement - walking, aerobics, yoga, dancing

a nutritious meal - plant based and delicious such as this zucchini oatmeal

Three simple activities that achieve so much.

"Life is not merely being alive, but being well."

~ Marcus Valerius Martialis

Now, let's get this party started.

First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 411.

    1. RR, I am not a coffee drinker but darling hubby follows your lead with a much needed coffee first thing every morning. We all have our own rituals and as you said that is what keeps us running! Your truffles look so tempting. Enjoy your week, Suzanne.
