Welcome to Saturday Sparks 329!
Starting off todays party with a new favorite recipe find.
Since going vegan, I have had to get creative to mimic the things that I love to eat.
Pizza has long been a favorite meal and in my mind, it's the cheese that makes or breaks the pie.
Miyoko's is still my go to Life Changing Vegan Cheese for a store bought version, but it's not sold locally and I have to order it online which can get pricey with the shipping.
I recently tried the Buddhist Chef's Ultimate Vegan Pizza recipe and I'm so glad I did.
His mozzarella is so simple to make and tastes amazing.
If you are trying to limit/omit dairy, give this recipe a try.
