Saturday Sparks Link Party 363

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 363!

Starting off todays party with a 'Red' Omelette.

This chickpea omelette is a favorite breakfast of mine.

This vegan option is made with a chickpea flour batter that reminds me of the traditional omelettes I once ate, sans any eggs or milk.

I added 1/4 tsp turmeric to the linked recipe and this is what created the 'red'.

Apparently, it is the combination of baking soda and turmeric that causes this.

It's the little things!

"Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."

~ Mahatma Gandhi

  1. Thanks for hosting! I just thought I'd let you know that your Pin It button is appearing over the Save button to your party so I couldn't add a link. Have a great weekend!

    1. Hi Kate - I see that you were able to add your link after all, so I assume whatever happened was a temporary glitch with things. Glad you were able to link up. All the Best, Suzanne
