Welcome to Saturday Sparks 28!
Do you need some inspiration? Well..., you have come to the right place. Check out some of these wonderful projects from last weeks party.
The fabulous features from Saturday Sparks 27.
All About Smocking from Simply Linen. Sarah recently tried her hand at smocking and came up with this lovely pillow. I love how she combined the linen with drop cloth fabric.
Blue and Cream Hutch from White Cottage Boutique. Kelsey Elaine tackles this huge hutch with chalk paint, bead board and some wonderful Anthropology inspired knobs.
Avocados and Forgiveness from Beauty Through Imperfection. Paula learns a valuable lesson from her 2 year old and shares it with this heartwarming post.
No Cook Play Dough Recipe from Kids Activities Blog. Rachel shares this simple 2 ingredient recipe for play dough that is sure to bring a smile to the little ones in your life.
First Day of School Chalkboard Memories from Crafty Allie. Allie shows off her cute kids as they head off to the first day of school. See how she created the clever chalkboard prop for her pictures.
Apple Blackberry Cinnamon Mini Pasties from Twigg Studios. Aimee has a delicious recipe for these mini pies that are called 'pasties' in England. They are almost too pretty to eat!
Super Easy Asian Slaw with Ginger Dressing from Made In A Day. Kim came up with a simpler version of a recipe she found on Pinterest and it has now become her latest lunch addiction.
Blueberry Pie Donuts from Kleinworth & Co. - Gina and her family have a love for blueberries, so she created this yummy recipe for Blueberry Pie Donuts. I have a fixation with blueberries myself, so you know I have to give these a try.
And lastly, a recap of my share from the party - Bird Pincushion Tutorial. A vintage tarnished gravy boat was the starting inspiration for my latest pincushion. From where I stand, a girl can never have too many pincushions!
