Saturday Sparks Link Party 142

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 142!

Another week has passed us by and with it comes another fun party for which I am so thankful.
With so much creativity to behold, how can one not feel anything but inspired.

"God has two dwellings; one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful heart."
~ Izaak Walton

Now, lets get this weeks party started.

First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 141.

Faking Antique Furniture: A Chair Makeover at Redo It Yourself Inspirations. Robin shows us how she took a roadside find and turned it into this lovely faux antique chair.

DIY Magnolia Leaf Garland at Thistlewood Farms. KariAnne shows us how to recreate this oh-so-pretty 'Magnolia Leaf Garland'.

Tuesdays Favorite Finds #28 - Rustic Vintage Goodies at Unique Junktique. Brenda shares some of her latest finds and shows us how one man's junk is another man's treasure.

A Sisal Substitute for the Stairs at Calypso In The Country. Shelley loves the look of seagrass runners, but not the rough feel and shares what she chose in place of the sisal that more than filled all her needs.

One Room Challenge: Bathroom Reveal at Little Bits of Home. Samantha shows us her completed bathroom reveal, a peaceful spa like space.

One Room Challenge {Week 6} A Farmhouse Master Bedroom at Making it in the Mountains. Kristi reveals her 'Farmhouse Master Bedroom' and says she couldn't be happier with the end results. It truly is beautiful, so I can see why she is such a happy girl.

One Room Challenge {Week Six} The Big Reveal at Love Create Celebrate. Lindi shares how 6 weeks of hard work ended with a lovely 'big girls room' for her daughter.

Seven Ideas For Your Thanksgiving Table at justjanblog. Janet takes a look back and shares 7 of her past Thanksgiving table arrangements to inspire you.

2 Deliciously Different Hummus Recipes at Simply Fresh Dinners. Hummus is so popular these days and Robyn shows us 2 different recipes that sound amazing.

Broccoli and Apple Salad Recipe at Living off Love and Coffee. Ashleigh shares a yummy salad option that is filled with fresh vegetables and packs a heavy punch of nutrition.

St. Louis Bread Company's Broccoli Cheese Soup at Olla-Podrida. Pattie tried a copycat recipe for Panera's aka St. Louis Bread Company (for those in the know) 'Broccoli Cheese Soup' and says that it is spot on and delicious.

White Chocolate Pumpkin Cookies at Goodilicious. Heather shares a delicious cookie recipe featuring all the flavors of Fall.

Baked Apple Cheesecake at Lou Lou Girls. Kimberly shares a delicious cheesecake recipe that looks almost too pretty to eat.

Cashew Caramel Bars at Something Sweet. Winnie shares a tempting caramel recipe that would make a wonderful dessert for Thanksgiving.

And finally, a recap of my share from the party - Delicious Vegan Hash Brown Casserole. A craving for hash browns found me in the kitchen creating this one dish meal that turned out to be a new family favorite.

  2. Good morning Suzanne! Thank you very much for featuring my cookies! This week I'm sharing my Skinny Raspberry Rum Spritzer (#5). Also, my most recent post is a list of ideas to keep the kids occupied on Thanksgiving. I took two of the ideas from last weeks Saturday Sparks party. It's such a great resource.

Oh, and I have two magnolia trees, so I'm definitely going to be making a magnolia leave swag for holiday decoration.

    Have a great weekend!
