I found a recipe for 'Vegan White Pizza' from the blog Veggie Angie and am so glad that I gave it a try. It is simply delicious.
An herb infused soft and chewy crust is topped with a roasted garlic coconut sauce, sun dried tomatoes and fresh rosemary.
White pizza has always been a favorite in my house, but this new version is a refreshing change. The once cheese laden pie has been replaced with a delightful combination of flavors that leave your taste buds doing a happy dance.
I thought I would struggle with having no dairy cheese, but thanks to delicious recipes like this one I haven't found that to be the case.
In fact, I am not tempted at all and find myself eating a much more diversified diet.
Find the recipe for this amazing pizza here and do let me know how you like it.

This looks and sounds delicious! I was a vegan for about eight weeks, but found it too hard to maintain. Went back to being a vegetarian. Then my cardiologist put me on a grain-free, low carb diet. I am struggling.
