Saturday Sparks Link Party 306

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 306!

Starting off todays party with the most important meal of the day.

I love a good breakfast: one that not only tastes good but is good for you and yes - these pancakes are good for you.

They have no flour, no sugar - just simple whole ingredients.

This recipe is from High Carb Hannah and you can find it here.

I added blueberries and raspberries to mine.

How do you fuel your day?

"The first wealth is health."

~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

  15. I often skip breakfast and I know I shouldn't. This morning I only had a cup of mixed berries - raspberries, blackberries and strawberries - can you even call it a breakfast?
Btw, I'm in love with that heart wreath! Have a great week, Suzanne, and thanks for hosting!
