Starting off todays party with a 'go to' breakfast.
Some mornings call for simplicity.
There's something to be said about starting the day easy and uncomplicated.
On such days, this is a favorite breakfast.
Tofu Scramble (recipe below), Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain English Muffin with Avocado, Freshly Ground Black Pepper and Apple Slices.

On such days, this is a favorite breakfast.
Tofu Scramble (recipe below), Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain English Muffin with Avocado, Freshly Ground Black Pepper and Apple Slices.
• 1/4 cup Almond Milk
• 1/4 tsp Black Salt aka Kala namak
• 1/2 tsp Tumeric
• 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
• 1-14 oz package Extra Firm Tofu, drained
Crumble the Tofu into a non-stick pan and stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. You can also add any sautéed vegetables you like. Makes 2-3 servings.
