Saturday Sparks Link Party 315

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 315!

Starting off todays party with an inspired breakfast.

We are in the midst of maple sugaring season here in New Hampshire.

Sap buckets are everywhere, collecting their liquid gold.

It seems they were calling my name, so along came this delicious bowl.

I started with my favorite Steel Cut Oats.

I then added some caramelized bosc pears with cinnamon, cranberries and pecans.

The finishing touch was (of course) a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
