Welcome to Saturday Sparks 362!
Starting off todays party with a back-to-basics breakfast bowl!
You can't go wrong with a bowl of oatmeal to start your day.
It offers up some powerful antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
You will feel fuller longer after a bowl of this whole grain.
And if that's not enough, you can top it with anything your heart desires!
For this bowl, I started with steel cut oats that I cooked with water. Toppings include Fuji apple, walnuts, cranberries, almond butter and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
