Saturday Sparks Link Party 649

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 649!

Starting off todays party with the reveal of DH's latest build!

You may recall that I shared a work in progress photo back in November.

No-one could guess what on earth it was going to be.

Today, I present to you 'the church'!

DH has had this project in mind for a while and the finished piece came out just as he envisioned.

He wanted it to have the feel of an abandoned house of worship.

To quote my daughter, "well, he nailed it".

As I said earlier, this is my favorite piece......so far.

I will do a future post sharing all the details of this wonderful building.

"Old places have soul."

    1. Thanks, Pam! I may be biased, but DH did do a beautiful job on his church! We have no plans of actually using the building. It's more of a 'folly' - at least for now. Your Christmas cottage sets the perfect tone for a Merry, Merry Christmas and I am in love with the color change. Christmas blessings, my friend ~ Suzanne.
