 Starting off today's party with a glimpse of our window into the wild!

A herd of deer were grazing in our back yard the other day as a lone goose came into view, cackling up a storm the whole while.

Sidenote: Ignore all the brown....it's mud season here, ugh! 

Perhaps, its mate was nesting somewhere and he was in protection mode. 

A couple of the deer were fixated on him, respectfully keeping their distance, but looking genuinely concerned for him.
