Welcome to Saturday Sparks 308!
Starting off todays party with a breakfast staple.
Oatmeal has long been a favorite of mine.
I favor Steel Cut Oats (aka Irish Oats) and their chewy, almost nutty texture.
I will cook a batch to use throughout the week and depending on my mood, I can create either a sweet or savory version.
For this bowl, I used bananas, blueberries, strawberries, granola and a drizzle of almond butter.
Simple and delicious!
