Welcome to Saturday Sparks 334!
Starting off todays party with a favorite meal.
For this bowl, I started with some delicious Falafel and added Carrots, Asparagus, Wild Rice, Romaine with Red Onions and Red Grapes. The drizzle is a Tahini Lemon Sauce.
I used the Classic Vegan Falafel recipe from the Minimalist Baker with a couple small changes. I baked them on parchment paper (instead of pan frying) with a spritz of Olive Oil spray and added Pine Nuts to the recipe.
