Welcome to Saturday Sparks 392!
This area is a favorite destination for tourists and vacationers, but this year it has been abosultely crazy.
With this sudden onslaught of people, noise and traffic, we have noticed our wildlife all but disappear.
At least, that was the case until just 2 weeks ago.
With summer's end around the corner, things are starting to slow down a bit.
Crisp mornings are back on the menu and with that the animals have made their way back to us.
Turkeys, bear and deer have once again blessed us with their presence and for this, my heart is full.
Now, let's get this party started..
First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 391.

Suzanne, thank you so much for featuring our abode in its simple fall decor. It's good to see the wildlife return in your area. Hopefully, tourists did not leave behind a new wave of COVID. Our state was, for the longest time, a safe haven from the virus, but we are now leading the nation in spread. It's sad, and it's scary. Happy Fall to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteHi Rita - Your simple fall decor is lovely - fits right in with my 'less is more' decor style. We are so relieved to see the wildlife return after this ridiculously busy summer. Summer's are always busy here, but nothing like the influx of people this year. I'm sorry about your state's COVID numbers. Fingers crossed that things simmer down on your side and ours. Health and Happiness, Suzanne.
DeleteIt must feel great to have the wildlife return - makes things feel much more normal for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for featuring the cider gluten-free stew. I will be making it for our family soon.
Have a good week

Your stew looks delicious RR! Seeing the wildlife again has done wonders for my soul. It gives me hope that this year of never ending bad news is perhaps turning a corner. Kindest thoughts, Suzanne.
