Saturday Sparks Link Party 402

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 402!

Starting off todays party with the beginnings of yet another Christmas season.

Snowy Christmas Wreath at Pieced Pastimes

I am one who always waits until after Thanksgiving to deck the halls.

It seems that many have foregone that tradition this crazy year.

With the day of thanks officially over, I kicked things off with this wreath on our front door.

When do you break out the tinsel in your home?

"To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas."

~ Calvin Coolidge

Now, let's get this party started.

First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 401.

  1. Suzanne, I would rather wait till after Thanksgiving for the Christmas decorations, but need to get things up for the pictures.
Your wreath with the snow falling over it is lovely. We had a few snowfalls so far! But nothing that sticks around for long.

Thanks for the feature on the advent calendar! Delighted you like it.

    1. Thanks RR! It makes sense that you need to decorate early to publish your Christmas decor posts. Regarding the snow, we have only had flurries here and there. It's only a matter of time before we are buried under! ❄️Your advent calendar is such a nice idea! Enjoy your week, Suzanne.

  4. I so love Christmas season, and I couldn't wait to decorate to set my tone for this year of otherwise insanity. I was completely decorated the week before Thanksgiving. I love your wreath. Have a wonderful week, and thank you for kicking off the season on your blog.

  5. Your wreath is so pretty, Suzanne! I'm Canadian and we wait until after Remembrance Day on November 11th. We put our tree up this weekend but the rest of the house has been decorated for two weeks.

  6. We're kinda slackers on the whole decorating thing, so it's pretty variable. Thanks for hosting! I brought by some Brown Butter. Hope you enjoy. :)
