Welcome to Saturday Sparks 442!
Starting off today's party with some 'Fall in a Bowl'.
Autumn is officially here when I start craving this delicious dish to begin the day.
I start with old fashioned oats, cooked with a banana and water.
The stir ins include cranberries, red delicious apple, walnuts, cinnamon and a splash of almond milk.
Some mornings, I'll change it up by replacing the banana and cinnamon with pureed pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
Can't go wrong with either combination!
First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 441.
