Starting off today's party with a little day tripping!
We took a drive out to Evans Notch Road the other day.
The former logging trail meanders through the White Mountain National Forest in Maine and New Hampshire.
We ventured out onto this pedestrian bridge to experience the rushing water of the Wild River below.
There are several hiking trails and a beautiful overlook of the notch along the way.
The narrow road was freshly paved with a canopy of trees making for a lovely ride.
A drive, well worth taking.

DeleteA drive through the countryside and a rushing river was a lovely way to start my day. It's always a pleasure to visit your Blog. I really appreciate the feature for the "Front Yard". Gardening is a great way to spend time and I really enjoy being outdoors amongst the plants. Have a wonderful week.

DeleteLove your day tripping post, Suzanne. Now that my garden is pretty much set (other than watering when needed), we need to get out and enjoy those natural details too.
