Welcome to Saturday Sparks 694!
Starting off today's party with a sweet surprise!
I took this shot a month ago, just as the leaves were starting to turn.
The summer drought had taken its toll on our grass and I was admiring the green after finally getting some rain.
Much to my surprise, this little deer wandered into my view.
I loved her brave stance as she stood boldly close to our house.
A smile worthy moment in time.
"The deer teaches us that sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is be still."
