White Clam Pizza at Upstate Ramblings. Annie shares a quick and easy recipe for a White Clam Pizza that sounds like a nice change of pace and a great idea for a Summer meal.

Ricotta Cheesecake at Something Sweet. Winnie shares a recipe for a baked Ricotta Cheesecake that she says is not too heavy, but somewhere in the middle. It looks and sounds like a decadent dessert that's hard to pass up.
