Welcome to Saturday Sparks 378!
Starting off todays party with a banana berry smoothie bowl.
These are so satisfying at the end of a hot day.
For this bowl, I combined strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, spinach and almond milk. I topped it with all of the berries, bananas and hemp seeds.
Now, let's get this party started.
First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 377.
