Welcome to Saturday Sparks 377!
Starting off todays party with a true 'Dagwood' sandwich ~ showing my age here! 😁
I took some time to make homemade bagels and oh my - they were delicious.
I found the recipe at Sweet Simple Vegan.
After a busy day in the garden, it was an easy decision to use one for a sandwich.
I stuffed it with Dr. Praeger's California Burger, Avocado, Oil-Free Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions, Tomato and Vegan Siracha Mayo.
Far from fancy, but oh-so-good!
Now, let's get this party started.
First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 375.
