Saturday Sparks Link Party 387

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 387!

Starting off todays party with a lovely breakfast.

I made up a batch of homemade bagels the other day using this recipe from Nikki Vegan.

It's nice to have them on hand and they freeze beautifully, so you know I made plenty.

For this breakfast, I spread some vegan cream cheese on a sesame bagel and added sliced bananas, strawberries and some cinnamon. I served the sandwich with steamed purple cabbage, strawberries and a strawberry vinaigrette.

"Don't be pushed by your problems, be led by your dreams."

~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
