Welcome to Saturday Sparks 389!
Starting off todays party with the simplest of meals.
Our days of late have been busier than usual.
A little prepping time is all it takes to be sure that I will always have a healthy meal at the ready, no matter how busy the day.
For this meal, I used pre-made steamed potatoes, vegan cheese sauce (find the recipe here) and steamed broccoli.
For the potatoes: Slice the potatoes and spray them with a bit of apple cider vinegar. Season them with black pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika and nutritional yeast. Bake on parchment paper at 450° until golden brown.
