Welcome to Saturday Sparks 412!
Starting off today's party with a cherished morning routine!
I find that beginning my day with sound choices sets the mood for a successful day.
My perfect prescription is:
quiet gratitude - there is always something and so much to be thankful for
physical movement - walking, aerobics, yoga, dancing
a nutritious meal - plant based and delicious such as this zucchini oatmeal
Three simple activities that achieve so much.
Now, let's get this party started.
First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 411.
