Saturday Sparks Link Party 423

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 423!

Starting off today's party with one of my favorite plants.

Fothergilla 'Mount Airy' at Pieced Pastimes

We planted this Fothergilla 'Mount Airy' beside our pole gate some years ago.

It shows off this time of year with these unique white bottle-brush blooms.

In the fall, the leaves turn to beautiful shades of yellow, orange and red.

Gotta love a plant that works so hard for your attention!

  2. Wonderful flower you planted, and I've never heard of or seen it that I know of. I hope you have a great weekend, Suzanne. Thanks for sharing the features. Marie's hex table is a winner, and Shelley's house tour roundup was a fun read.

  3. I have two fothergillas in my garden too. During the summer they're rather unassuming, but in spring and fall they're delightful. Thanks for hosting!
