Saturday Sparks Link Party 433

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 433!

Starting off today's party with an aha moment!

Locker Fabric Storage at Pieced Pastimes

I have had this Wandering Jew aka Tradescantia Zebrina for a while now.

I first placed it in our bedroom, but it didn't fare well in the rooms lighting.

I then moved it into our living room and it seemed happier, but it still felt off to me.

Third times a charm, as I set it onto the lockers in my quilting room and she has been thriving ever since.

Do you fret over finding your house plant's sweet spot as this crazy plant lady does?

"There can be no other occupation like gardening, in which if you were to creep up behind someone at their work, you would find them smiling."

~ Mirabel Osler

Now, let's get this party started.

  2. I inherited my Mom's shamrock plant and it was always so full and lush when she had it. I've tried almost every room in this house and it looks terrible. Maybe I should focus on where in the room I place it rather than directly in front of a window. I have such a brown thumb. I'm thrilled to see the wedding card box featured this week! Thank you so much Suzanne and have a great weekend. xo

    1. Plants can be so finicky sometimes! I try not to buy the more high maintenance ones, but I do give in from time to time and then the battle begins. Hope you are able to get your diva shamrock plant to behave itself. 😊 All my best, Suzanne!
