Saturday Sparks Link Party 435

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 435!

Starting off today's party with some mid-summer vibes.

This time of year goes by so quickly.

Since we cannot tempt these days to stay just a tad longer, we will savor every moment.

Our 'New-Old Outbuilding with a Hidden Secret'  dressed in summer attire...

...wildflowers, window candles, rusted relics from days gone by

and finally, character and charm.

"I am convinced that a good building must be capable of absorbing the traces of human life and taking on a specific richness...I think of the patina of age on materials, of innumerable small scratches on surfaces of varnish that has grown dull and brittle, and of edges polished by use."

~ Peter Zumthor

Now, let's get this party started.

First up, the Fabulous Features from Saturday Sparks 434.

Travels:  Ghent, Belgium at Howling at the Moon

DIY Apartment Dining Space at Thrifting Wonderland

Greek Glam Makeover at Artsy Vava

  3. What a gorgeous selection of features. I have them each open in separate windows for my morning coffee reads. Thank you, Suzanne. Happy weekend. Ours kicked off with some pretty fierce thunderstorms Friday afternoon. Looks like we're in the northernmost outline of Fred's predicted path of rain this coming week.

    1. We are in agreement about the fabulous features, Rita! It's such fun to see the different things people share each week. It sounds like it's our turn for some challenging weather as they say Tropical Storm Henri is coming for us now. All my best, Suzanne.
