Welcome to Saturday Sparks 544!
Starting off today's party with my less is more Christmas Tree!
After much contemplation, my minimalist mindset won the battle for which tree, which room and which decorations.
I ended up going with this slim pencil tree placed in a vintage 5 gallon stoneware crock.
It sits in the corner of our eat-in kitchen and is decorated simply with lights, snowflakes and white doves.
The reflection of the lights along the wall makes me smile, as does the symbol of peace emulated with the white doves.
"What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more!"
