Saturday Sparks Link Party 561

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 561!

Starting off today's party with some old friends!

The snow has finally melted, trees are starting to bud and pops of green are slowly replacing our brown landscape.

And with all of that, our sweet deer have come back to us.

We counted 10 of them the other night.

I've had the pleasure of stumbling into them every day this week, while out for my morning walk.

Our eyes lock and we stare at each other for a bit before they finally wander off.

What a beautiful way to start the day!

  3. Thank you so much for featuring our blog post. I love the picture you selected to highlight. We were lucky to see the rainbow as it only happens when the conditions are just right.
Thank you, also, for hosting your party. PS. So glad to see your friends are back!

  4. Hello Suzanne. I am so glad you are seeing signs of spring and the deer have returned. We normally see deer on a daily basis, and we enjoy watching them as long as they don’t eat my flowers in the garden. Thanks for hosting and for featuring my April Garden Journal! Have a wonderful week ahead.

    1. Thanks, Pam! One of my favorite things about spring is the return of the deer. Seeing them out and about just makes for a better day. I fully understand your 'as long as they don't eat my flowers' thought. We have had to replace several shrubs over the years that they decimated, but we quickly learned to plant things that they aren't so fond of. Your April garden looks simply beautiful! Sending you much sunshine ~ Suzanne.
