Saturday Sparks Link Party 600

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 600!

Starting off todays party with some reflections on winter!

Living in New England is a sure bet for 4 distinctly different seasons ..... well 5 actually, if you include 'mud' season.

Being that we are now in full winter mode, I thought I'd share a few thoughts on this chilly time of year.

I consider this the 'cozy' season.

A time to settle in and embrace the peace that no other season offers.

A time when life slows down a bit more.

And for this, I am thankful.

"He who marvels at the beauty of the world in summer will find equal cause for wonder and admiration in winter."

~ John Burroughs
