Welcome to Saturday Sparks 718!
Starting off today's party with this little one!
This lovely Eastern Painted Turtle was making her way up our driveway the other day.
DH moved her onto the field where she was heading to lay eggs.
This photo spoke to me for another reason, though.
DH's rough and calloused hands stood out for me.
Hard work is and always has been a part of his DNA.
There isn't a day that goes by that a rake, a hammer or a piece of equipment hasn't been used by these hands.
For this, I am thankful.
"It is the working man who is the happy man. It is the idle man who is the miserable man."
