Saturday Sparks Link Party 388

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 388!

Starting off todays party with a healthy treat.

I felt like having 'chocolate something' the other day and this bowl of goodness was my answer.

You can find the recipe for this Chocolate, Banana and Hazelnut Chia Pudding at The Delicious Plate blog.

Chia seeds have a wealth of health benefits. They are loaded with antioxidants, filled with nutrients, low in calories and high in fiber and protein.

I like to get in a spoon or two daily and this pudding is a delicious way to include them.
