I have been trying to get in more greens lately and on those days when I'm just not in the mood for a salad, a nice green smoothie fills in the gap. The addition of some fruit adds just enough sweetness to subdue the taste of the vegetables.
This combination of Kiwi, Apple, Spinach, Cucumber and Celery results in an oh-so refreshing smoothie.

It's a great way to start off the day!
Now, onto the recipe:
Kiwi Apple Green Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
- 2 Kiwi's
- 1 Apple
- 1 small Cucumber
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 cups Spinach
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Mix until smooth.
I have a smoothie every day and always looking for new recipes. Your green smoothie recipe sounds delicious Suzanne. I'm allergic to coconut and would have to use plain yogurt and water but I'm thinking it would still be very delicious.
