Welcome to Saturday Sparks 359!
Starting off todays party with an 'impromptu meal'.
We all have those days when we are at a loss as to what to cook for dinner.
On these days, I let the refrigerator decide for me.
An unplanned mix of things can sometimes yield a truly tasty dish and this plate turned out to be just that.
An assortment of chopped veggies were stir fried with some leftover ginger teriyaki tofu, whole grain spaghetti and some freshly ground black pepper.
Simple ✓ healthy ✓ delicious ✓ Love a meal that checks off all the boxes!
