Saturday Sparks Link Party 359

Welcome to Saturday Sparks 359!

Starting off todays party with an 'impromptu meal'.

Stir Fried Veggies with Ginger Teriyaki Tofu and Spaghetti by Pieced Pastimes

We all have those days when we are at a loss as to what to cook for dinner.

On these days, I let the refrigerator decide for me.

An unplanned mix of things can sometimes yield a truly tasty dish and this plate turned out to be just that.

An assortment of chopped veggies were stir fried with some leftover ginger teriyaki tofu, whole grain spaghetti and some freshly ground black pepper.

Simple ✓ healthy ✓ delicious ✓ Love a meal that checks off all the boxes!

"I believe that a simple and unassuming manner of life is best for everyone, best both for the body and the mind."

~ Albert Einstein

  2. I’m definitely in a rut on figuring out dinner for the two of us. Part of it is not being motivated to go grocery shopping in winter weather. Thanks for the meal idea.

    1. Hi Debbee - I find visiting the plant section at the grocery store and treating myself to something green helps to get over the dread of winter shopping. A new plant works wonders for my psyche! Maybe, give it a try?
