If I had to choose one word to describe this concoction, it would be 'refreshing'. As a bonus, it happens to be equally delicious and healthy.
There's something special about tending your garden for hours on end and then finally being able to enjoy the benefits of all your hard work.

ReplyDeleteThanks Pam - Hope you will give it a try - it's really delicious! Peace and blessings, Suzanne.
DeleteSounds really good. I'm not a fan of maple syrup, though, so that's the only thing I'd leave out. Enjoy the fruits of your labor and be well!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rita - You could replace the maple syrup with honey, agave or a sweetener of your choice. All the best, Suzanne.
DeleteThis looks really good! Does the cucumber break down really well in the blender?
ReplyDeleteThanks Suchot - The cucumber is so soft that it does break down nicely. I have a high speed blender, but I would think any blender would work. Take care, Suzanne.
