Welcome to Saturday Sparks 508!
Starting off today's party with some frequent fliers!
This picture may look a bit dreary, but it is special to me.
This flying pair of Canadian Geese showed up here the other day.
They and droves of other wildlife have been coming back to us after a long winter without them.
In the past week, we have seen fox, porcupines, deer, turkeys, bluejays, chickadees, doves and these geese.
It tells me that spring has officially arrived here in NH.
And for this, I am thankful.

DeleteThanks for hosting this week. Canadian geese over-winter here in N Georgia. Some have decided to live here year-round, strolling down the center of the street near the mall.
ReplyDeleteHappy to host, Sandra! Nice to know the geese found their winter home and some longer, with you. We love seeing them, but know they can be a nuisance for some. Fingers crossed, that hasn't happened for us, as of yet. Have a wonderful week, Suzanne.

DeleteWe have a pair of geese nesting in our back yard & they get so mad when we come outside! Looking forward to seeing the babies. Thanks for hosting the party.
ReplyDeleteThat's funny, Virginia! They can be quite territorial when they are in nesting mode. How wonderful that they have chosen your yard to deliver the babies. Enjoy them! Many smiles, Suzanne.
